Meet Daman, Founder & Personal Trainer of Basefit Training -

Basefit Training has been born out of the love of all things fitness and over 10 years of Personal Training experience. Basefit Training uses a combination aerobic, interval and functional training, body weight exercises as well as Olympic and strongman exercises to help everyone no matter what their level reach their goals with a “better than yesterday” attitude.

In today’s fast paced world it is sometimes hard to commit to a diet plan or a set exercise regime. With our help we will try to implement a change in lifestyle that is manageable in your everyday life and easy to maintain through the days and weeks, not just a quick fix. You don't have to run a marathon to feel the benefits of exercise.

If you have been inactive for a period of time less strenuous activities such as walking will allow you to become more physically fit without putting too much strain on your body allowing us to gradually increase the intensity of the programme. For the more active person Basefit Training offers more intense exercise programmes and cardio-vascular training.

All Basefit Personal Training clients receive one on one training and access to a fully equipped gym.
