Beth Eardly Personal Trainer Basefit

I initially started with a biology degree specialising in physiology and neuro-biology. This provided a base understanding of underlying training philosophies including anatomy, cardiovascular and respiratory improvements, neurological conditions and the science of motivation, hunger and appetite.

I then achieved my Level 3 Personal Training qualification and GP and Exercise Referral to enable me to work with clients that may suffer from various health conditions from cardiovascular conditions to mental health problems. This looked directly at the implications of exercising with different conditions and navigation of suitable programmes to see improvements and progression.

My main passion in training is in triathlon and using the benefits of strength and conditioning for injury prevention and increased fitness gains. I hold a lot of weight on enjoying what you do in training and achieving that ‘feel good’ factor. My focus is to hope that you can enjoy your journey to achieve your goals as much as I do and to always know which direction you want your health and fitness to go.
